WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OR MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Delivery Policy:

At LittleFlowerHut.co, we promise to make every effort to deliver your order on time.

If the delivery is not made within the hours requested, LittleFlowerHut.co will, upon your request, send a complimentary bouquet to you. Not applicable during peak season such as Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year.

LittleFlowerHut.co will not be liable for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:

-Erroneous address given.
-The recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
-No valid/ invalid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to deliver the order successfully.

Additional Delivery Charges

For items below $40, please note that a delivery charge of S$15.00 will be imposed per destination/ delivery date. If such reimbursement is not made, the delivery service provider may withhold the delivery.

Saturday (After 6 pm)/ Sunday Delivery/ Public Holiday (excl Chinese New Year)

For Saturday (After 6 pm) and Sunday Delivery, a surcharge of $20.00 will be applicable. If such reimbursement is not made, the delivery service provider may withhold the delivery.

Express Delivery

If delivery is to be made within 3 hours after confirmation, there will be an additional charge of $20.00. Please note this is subjected to availability of drivers. Please call us.We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.

On The Dot Delivery

If delivery is to be made  within a short time frame (e.g. 2 pm to 2.30pm), expected delivery time -30min. Please note this is subjected to availability of drivers. The additional charge for on the dot delivery is $25.00 Please call us. We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.

Charges for Sentosa & Restricted Areas

If delivery is to be made to the following restricted areas,

Sentosa Island
Airport Cargo Complex
Airline Road
All Army camps
Jurong Island, Tuas, Gul Road, & Pioneer Road
All PSA Ports including Singapore Cruise Centre
Sembawang Shipyard
a surcharge of $20.00 will be applicable. If such reimbursement is not made, the delivery service provider may withhold the delivery.

Redirection of Delivery 

For subsequent attempt or redirection of orders; a surcharge of S$15.00 is applicable. If such reimbursement is not made, the delivery service provider may withhold the delivery.

Our Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us. Littleflowerhut.co reserves the right to charge customer a cancellation fee of ten percent (10%) of the value of the order or $15.00, whichever higher, is applicable.

For Cancellation:

Cancellation must be made at least 1 working day before the requested day of delivery for local orders.
A charge of S$15.00 or 10% of the value of the order, whichever higher, is applicable.
In the event that order is delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
If an order is delivered late yet accepted by the recipient, the delivery is deemed to have been completed and thus, cannot be canceled.
For cancellation request received less than the stipulated time, only 50% of the order value is refundable.
For Third Party order item, once confirmed cancellation is not permitted.

Our Substitution Policy

We understand that it is of utmost important for your gift to be delivered on time; hence substitution with similar items of equivalent or higher value may occur when necessary. LitteFlowerHut.co will ensure substitutions would be done professionally without affecting the overall presentation in term of overall shape, size, style and colour combination.

Our Refund Policy

Customer shall have no right to any refund (or exchange) for payment made for service once order has been placed. However, for instances where the customer feels that a refund is justifiable, the customer may submit a written request for refund to the management.

Fresh Flower Policy

At Littleflowerhut, we ensure our flower freshness. Should there be any dissatisfaction on our flower quality, claim must be performed within 24 hours upon receiving the flowers with proof of photos email to us. We will deliver another item of equivalent value at no charge. Unfortunately, we are not able to process a refund or exchange should the claim made after the 24 hours’ time frame for reasonable doubt of the use of flowers or mishandling after received.

Helium Balloons Policy

Strictly no refund or exchange once helium balloons are handed over to customer in good condition upon delivery. As temperature, weather, how balloons are being handled and transportation play a huge role in how long balloon will last. It is fairly common for balloons to gradually become softer or smaller over time.

Potted Plant Policy

Upon delivery, our staff works tirelessly to ensure the continued success of all plant life. While we make every effort to ensure the plants’ success, we have no control over plant care once plants leave our flower shop. Exchanges will only be considered (case by case basis) for potted plants within 24 hours of purchase, if they have not been removed from the container, and are in the same condition as they were when sold.

Limitation of Liability:

In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, Littleflowerhut.co’s liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the willful act or gross negligence of Littleflowerhut.co or its employees while acting in the course of their employment) shall be limited to the Purchase Price.

The customer shall not seek from Littleflowerhut.co the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.

Littleflowerhut.co reserves the right to reject orders at its discretion. Please note that all terms and conditions are subjected to change without prior notice.
